Empowering our Community to Care.

Cleveland Area Pound Pals is a group of area citizens working together with law enforcement, city entities, and local vets, to make our area a more informed and responsible pet ownership community. CAPP is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization in Cleveland, Oklahoma dedicated to the rescue and care of abused, neglected and homeless pets. Our goal is to help save these pets, put them in temporary foster homes and place them in loving adoptive homes.
